Anna is trained as a registered social worker, certificated dementia care planner, accredited assessor of the standardized care need assessment mechanism for elderly services under the Social Welfare Department (HKSAR), and international trainer of cognitive stimulation therapy (CST). During her Ph.D., she studied the action mechanism of non-pharmacological interventions for persons with dementia and contributed to developing the Hong Kong version of CST. Her broader practice and research interests include mental health, productive aging, and long-term care.
