Ally has worked  as social worker in elderly center for years and thus she is familiar with the difficulties and challenges faced by people with dementia who are living in the community and their caregivers.  Prior joining the team, she promoted dementia friendly community in Hong Kong through public education. Meanwhile she worked as a case manager to support person with dementia in day care service centre. She is now dedicated to promoting person centered care and  dementia knowledge to caregivers through online intervention. She believes each of us can listen earnestly to the unique voice of people with dementia and support the caregivers in certain way.
